Our friend Carole set about the huge task of creating a massive display of crocheted poppies to decorate the 'Veg Box' red telephone box that she looks after in Wooldale. In the true spirit of the WI we decided to join in and handed over a big bag of poppies for her to add to her project. I think you'll agree that the finished result is spectacular, and an excellent memorial to those who fought for us. Thank you Carole.
