What an amazing meeting with the fabulous Yorkshire Chocolatier. We learned all about the history of chocolate, how it arrived in the UK, tempering and flavour and we also enjoyed listening to Sarah's 'The Yorkshire Chocolatier' journey from working in HR to her current role. We enjoyed the free samples and spent far too much on the beautiful products she brought in for us. Thanks also go to all those members, plus Morrison's Meltham, for donating such fabulous raffle prizes for our huge Christmas raffle. We were also extremely proud to hand over a rather large cheque to our chosen 'Charity of the Year', PDAP, and we thank our members who have kindly donated items to this charity throughout the year. We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year.
