We made Cheesecake!

What a fun evening we had making our luxurious cheesecakes under the fabulous tuition of Chris. It was touch and go with the complications of the vegetarian gelatine but it all worked well in the end. If you didn't manage to attend, I would highly recommend adding this recipe to your repertoire.
